EICR Testing & Certification

An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) is a formal assessment of the safety and condition of the electrical installation in a property. JM Sparks Electrical carries out EICR testing across Solihull and the West Midlands, with same-day reports issued on completion.

Whether you're a landlord meeting your legal obligations, a homeowner buying or selling a property, or a business ensuring compliance — we'll carry out a thorough inspection and give you a clear, honest report.

What's Included

  • Full inspection of the consumer unit and all circuits
  • Testing of sockets, switches, and fixed appliances

  • C2 — Potentially dangerous: Urgent remedial work required before the certificate can be issued as satisfactory.
  • C3 — Improvement recommended: Not dangerous, but worth addressing. Does not prevent a satisfactory certificate.
